Spray tanning is accomplished by application of a solution containing the active ingredient Dihydroxyacetone (DHA). DHA is generally considered to be safe. Our solution does not provide any UV protection. Use SPF sun protection as usual. Be advised that a small percentage of people have skin that does not react favorably to spray tanning. For this reason, we highly advise doing a trial spray tan when your appearance is crucial.
Please review our pre and post-care instructions. This includes instructions for how to properly prepare your skin in advance of your appointment and how to maintain your tan.
1. The airbrush tanning process has been explained to me, I have submitted confirmation that I have read the pre- and post care instructions, and I hear by agree to allow Glow Luxe to apply spray tan solution to my skin using the airbrush tanning process.
2. To my knowledge I have no medical condition or allergy which would preclude me from having this procedure done, and, as applies, I have obtained approval from my doctor to get a spray tan.

3. I agree to hold harmless Glow Luxe and the spray tan technician of any medical complications that may arise and I have been advised to discontinue use if any reaction occurs.
4. I understand that the results of airbrush tanning vary and there’s no guarantee of specific results that are offered or implied.
5. I hear by release Glow Luxe as well as the spray tan technician and hold them harmless from any liability involved in the use of or arising during the tanning process or there after.
